Mental Health Roadshow Underway

committee.jpgPort Pirie, Port Augusta & Whyalla will this week host the 'Save Our Mates' Roadshow.

The Federal Government funded roadshow's mission is to improve the mental health of youth, men of all ages and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Guest speakers will be delivering powerful stories and sharing tips and tricks they learned, and how they bounced back when confronted by their own mental health challenges.

The roadshow will teach 4 steps to better mind health, spotting the signs in others, where and how to access community resources, and, getting back on track.

Starting in Port Pirie tonight, the show moves to Port Augusta tomorrow & Whyalla on Thursday.
