A Whyalla Stuart man has lost his licence for a minimum of 12 months after he allegedly registered a blood alcohol reading four times over the legal limit.
Earlier this week, a Whyalla police patrol stopped the man for a random breath test.
The 42-year-old then returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.200, the man's car was then impounded and his licence was disqualified.
He will be summonsed to appear in the Whyalla Magistrates Court, with the date yet to be confirmed.
