A historic building in Clare has undertaken a recent heritage restoration with the renewal of the building’s windows.
The former ETSA building’s restoration was funded by Council's Heritage Restoration Fund.
The Clare and Gilbert Valley Council have said in a recent Facebook post, “The windows were the most affected and have now been carefully repaired to ensure their ongoing structural integrity, which has improved the look and integrity of the building considerably.”
It is believed that the owners of the building, intend to continue to renew the building’s façade over time, with applications for Council's heritage restoration fund will open later this year.
